The Role

You'll play a key role in the full software development lifecycle, with influence over architecture, technology decisions, testing, and deployment. This is a hands-on development position, but also provides scope for progression into technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom web and mobile applications
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate across departments to improve workflows and systems
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices
• Manage relational databases and APIs
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends

Ideal Candidate

• At least 3 years\' experience in software development
• Proficient in C#, SQL, and JavaScript
• Experience with ASP.Net MVC and Entity Framework
• Familiar with modern front-end frameworks (Angular, jQuery, Bootstrap)
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure is a strong plus
