NPAworldwide is hiring Full Stack Python/Java/React Developers to join a mission-led consultancy delivering modern software solutions to UK Government and Defence sector. You'll be part of a high-trust, agile team building secure, scalable systems and progressive web apps that make a real difference.

You will work across the full stack, design, develop, and test, using Python/Java and React, with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/private cloud).

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Python, Java and React as part of full-stack development.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices: containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

You'll join a small, high-performing delivery team, using agile and DevOps approaches to build innovative solutions across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test secure software systems using Python/ Java and React

• Leverage open-source libraries, GitLab CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
• Deploy to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and private cloud)
