C# .Net Developer Hull

Principal IT have exclusively engaged with a premium manufacturing business based in Hull who are on the lookout for a C# .Net Developer to join them on a permanent basis, this client has provided their industry with top quality products for over 50 years and are now going through a large scale digital transformation and are looking to add a skilled developer to their team.

Working on their site in East Hull you will be helping with developing a number of internal systems from Finance and back office to some of the actual manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance business applications using C# (.NET Framework) and ASP.NET.
• Support legacy Visual Basic systems used in manufacturing and operations.
• Design and optimise SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.
• Collaborate with end users to identify issues, gather requirements, and deliver practical software solutions.
• Take ownership of the full development process - requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with the IT team to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to future system integrations as part of the Epicor ERP rollout.
• Assist in the development of internal dashboards and data visualisation tools.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in C# (.NET Framework) and ASP.NET development.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL and stored procedures.
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
