Job summary

Expedia Group in London is seeking a Software Development Engineering Intern for the 2027 program. You will join one of several engineering specializations and contribute to real business priorities while receiving mentorship and structured onboarding.

The internship runs from June to August 2027 with a £36,000 pro rata salary in London, hybrid work, travel discounts, and the potential for a full-time offer after graduation.

Qualifications

Must be available to commit to the full program dates: 21st June – 27th August 2027.
Must be graduating with an undergraduate or master’s degree in a technical subject between December 2027 and July 2028.
Must be willing to relocate to London and graduate from a university in the same country as the internship location.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test software components and services under guidance of experienced engineers.
Write clean, maintainable code with unit tests and basic debugging.
Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional partners to understand requirements and deliver incremental value.
Apply data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts to improve code quality and performance.
Leverage AI/ML-enabled workflows within defined guidance and scope.
