1st Executive Ltd is seeking a Category Manager with Software experience to own a broad portfolio within Financial Services. You will lead procurement from business need to sourcing, negotiation and contract award, working with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

The portfolio focuses on Software, with strategic sourcing, stakeholder engagement and delivering strong commercial outcomes. You will lead end-to-end IT sourcing, tenders, and drive value in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Software category management.
• End-to-end IT sourcing and tendering.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated or highly governed environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver category strategies.
• Lead complex end-to-end IT sourcing and tender programmes.
• Build category pipelines and procurement roadmaps.
• Develop sourcing strategies and commercial approaches.
• Lead supplier engagement, evaluation and negotiations.
• Deliver savings, value and wider commercial benefits.
• Partner with and influence senior stakeholders.
• Support new procurement systems and processes where required.
