Responsibilities

• Design software architecture for our platform to meet functional requirements and ensure security, quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Guide and assist the development team with active involvement in the development process.
• Obtain requirement feedback from internal teams/clients to maintain/support product development.
• Supervise testing and deployment.
• Perform code reviews on other team members’ work.
• Collaborate with distributed teams in France, Vietnam, and the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of practical experience on web‑based applications.
• Proficient with English (both verbal and written).
• Proficient with any back‑end programming language (C#, Java, Python, C++, etc.).
• Outstanding knowledge of software and application design and architecture.
• Highly analytical mindset, able to see both the big picture and the details.
• Experience with SQL is a plus, but not mandatory.
