What You’ll Do

You’ll be developing and testing software applications for control systems on autonomous and advanced driver-assist vehicles. From concept through to release, you’ll work on innovative architectures, distributed control systems, and diagnostic tools, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent experience) and proven experience in software development for control systems. Ideally, you’ll bring automotive industry experience in bus, coach, HGV, or tier‑1 suppliers, but we also welcome backgrounds in rail, aerospace, marine, or other complex engineering sectors. You should have knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, LIN, IP), experience with model‑based development (Simulink/Stateflow), and the ability to work in structured, process‑oriented environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Bonus if you have
  • Experience with Vector, dSPACE, Polarion, Teamcenter
  • Familiarity with ISO26262 or equivalent functional safety standards
  • Knowledge of HIL rigs and test automation (Speedgoat or similar)
  • Experience in powertrain and high‑voltage control systems
