Are you a dynamic and driven Soft Services Operations Manager looking to take the next role in your career? We’re seeking an experienced professional to lead and enhance our facilities operations ensuring exceptional service delivery across soft services delivery.
As the Soft Services Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day performance of multiple soft service functions within our portfolio of client contracts. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality environment.
Lead and manage teams delivering soft services across multiple sites.
Oversee third-party service providers, ensuring performance meets contractual and compliance standards.
Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Support client relationships through regular reporting, communication, and service reviews.
Proven experience managing cleaning, security and soft FM services.
Strong background in contract management and supplier performance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Experience in catering operations or an understanding of food service processes is desirable.
Results-driven, with a focus on delivering consistent quality and value.
IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (preferred).
