Location: East (Mobile Role)

We are currently recruiting for a Soft Services Manager to join a growing Facilities Management business, overseeing multiple sites across the East on a mobile basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career with a company that offers genuine opportunities for progression.

About the Role

As the Soft Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service delivery across a portfolio of sites, covering cleaning, waste, grounds maintenance and other soft services functions. You will build strong client relationships, manage on-site teams, and support operational excellence across the region.

This is a mobile role, and a company car will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of soft services across multiple client sites
  • Conduct site audits, compliance checks and performance reviews
  • Support, guide and mentor on-site teams
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure service standards, KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved
  • Assist with planning, scheduling and resource management
  • Provide hands-on support where needed to maintain operational excellence
Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
