Job Description
Organon is hiring a Soft Services Lead to join our world‑class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the Facilities Management (FM) Lead to deliver soft services contracts and ensure the ongoing maintenance and functionality of the building fabric infrastructure. This role involves hands‑on technical oversight, vendor coordination, compliance management, and strategic planning to ensure the optimal operation of all building fabric systems and assets. The successful candidate will also take full ownership of the building fabric, ensuring it remains safe, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations.
