Organon is hiring a Soft Services Lead to join our world‑class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the Facilities Management (FM) Lead to deliver soft services contracts and ensure the ongoing maintenance and functionality of the building fabric infrastructure. This role involves hands‑on technical oversight, vendor coordination, compliance management, and strategic planning to ensure the optimal operation of all building fabric systems and assets. The successful candidate will also take full ownership of the building fabric, ensuring it remains safe, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the FM Lead in managing soft services contracts, including cleaning, security, landscaping, and waste management.
• Collaborate with service providers to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery and resolve any issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of building fabric and soft service areas to maintain standards and compliance.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for building fabric assets in partnership with the IFM provider.
• Ensure all activities adhere to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, staying updated on relevant legislation.
• Manage budgets for soft services and building fabric maintenance, identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Lead small to medium refurbishment or repair projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across soft services and building fabric operations.
