A fantastic Opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Soft Services Manager, who will work at our client’s prestigious site.

Duties of a Soft Services Manager
  • Fully understand Specification and implement on site
  • Understand KPI/SLA’s and ensure targets are met monthly
  • Managing third party suppliers for Industrial Cleaning, Pest, Landscaping and Winter Services
  • Manage all budgets, hours, consumables, uniform, stationary
  • Utilise approved tools to manage budgets and consumables e.g. budget tracker, Bunzl order form, Helpdesk
  • Full responsibility for all compliance- Health & Safety, Training, Inductions, PAT testing etc to ensure fully up to date
  • Building relationships with Client and sub-contractors (regular communication/updates)
  • Create and maintain schedules for staff and procedures associated with soft services delivery and completion.
  • Act as front-line trouble shooters in anticipating and identifying potential problems and acting quickly to resolve them
  • Proactively deliver solutions to meet client expectations
