Job summary

A family-owned landscaping company is seeking a dedicated Soft Landscaping Crew Leader to lead a team in the installation of landscaping projects. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in the landscaping sector, strong plant knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include managing daily site activities, ensuring safety standards, and executing tasks efficiently. Qualifications

• Previous experience in the landscaping and/or construction industry.
• Strong plant knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute work efficiently.
• Confident leadership skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Full driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in carrying out daily site activities.
• Organise daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Sign off daily works and return all required paperwork to the Line Manager.
• Carry out ground preparation works.
• Plant shrubs and trees in accordance with site drawings.
• Lay turf and create seedbeds and wildflower areas.
• Accurately read and work from site plans and drawings.
• Ensure all health & safety policies are followed.
