What you’ll be doing

• Supporting pupils who need help with behaviour, confidence, and engagement
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to guide pupils through lessons and routines
• Using your understanding of social behaviour to support positive choices and emotional regulation
• Helping pupils develop communication skills, independence, and self-esteem
• Working closely with teachers, the pastoral team, and SEND staff to keep support consistent and meaningful
