Caritas Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our Support & Intervention Team in Warwickshire. You will deliver high-quality social work services, focusing on assessment, intervention, and safeguarding within the community to improve outcomes for vulnerable individuals and families.

You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in statutory social work practice, particularly in child protection or adult services.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to client care.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

Responsibilities
