Key Responsibilities

• 1 Conducting Assessments
• Complete Viability Assessments for family / friend carers
• Undertake Full Connected Persons Assessments & prepare Special Guardianship Reports for court
• Carry out statutory checks (DBS, references, medical, LA checks) & analyse risk
• 2 Legal & Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with Fostering Regulations (Reg 24 temporary approval, Reg 25 extension)
• Prepare applicants for Foster Panel
