Whatyou’llbe doing:
  • Conductingcomprehensive assessments ofindividuals' needs and available support.
  • Managing a complex caseload whilst providingsupervision for Case Workers and Senior Case Workers and practice advice on complex cases.
  • Working in a multi-disciplinary way, successfully negotiating between the people who use our service, their families, and other professionals to reach positive outcomes.
  • Triagingsafeguarding referrals and making informeddecisions.
  • Buildingpositive and professional relationships.
  • Undertaking out of county reviews when required.
Whatwe’relooking for:
  • Social Work qualificationand registered withSocial Work England (SWE).
  • Experience of undertaking care act assessments within a statutory setting.
