We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Permanence Team, supporting children in care. Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality social work support to children in care, ensuring their safety, stability, and wellbeing.

Work closely with families, colleagues, and multi-agency partners to create and maintain permanence plans for children.

Prepare and maintain accurate case records in line with local authority policies and statutory requirements.

Advocate for children’s welfare, ensuring their voices are heard in care planning and decision-making.

Collaborate with permanent Team Managers and experienced social workers to ensure best outcomes for children.
