Social Worker - Adults Multi-Disciplinary Team

Social Worker – Mental Health Team within Newham: earn £32.01 hourly in this rewarding and ongoing full-time role. The position requires commitment from Monday to Friday with two days at the office per week. It also includes community care such as Care Act assessments, capacity assessments, tribunals, safeguarding, and hospital discharge facilitation.
