Job summary

Bridgend County Borough Council is recruiting Social Workers 1-3 for the Locality Hub (North) to assess and support children and families across the county borough. The role offers 37 hours per week, full-time basis, with a hybrid working policy.

Salary £43,510-£52,665 per annum (includes a £5,000 market supplement). A relocation package up to £8,000 may be considered. Welsh language greeting is a requirement for this post.

Qualifications

• An Enhanced DBS check (with Children's Barred List) is required.
• A valid driving licence is required.
• Ability to greet customers in Welsh is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assess and support the children and families across the county borough.
• Work within locality hubs to deliver safeguarding and child welfare services.
