About this post:

The post is for an experienced Level 2 Social Worker. It is a ward based post at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston - the ward is 7A. The ward is being set up as a frailty ward to support people over the winter period. It is short stay, up to 72 hours. People are admitted from both the front door and the community. The social worker will work as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team, working with Consultants, therapists, pharmacy, nurses, and other support services. The role is ward aligned. It is Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week (hours are 08:45 – 17:15 Monday to Thursday then 08:45 – 16:45 on Friday) working on site every day. No weekend working.
