Sanctuary Personnel in Barnet is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Intervention & Planning Team on a locum, full-time basis. The role offers hybrid working with two days in the office and 36 hours per week at an hourly rate of £38.50.

Based at 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, the post involves assessments, planning, and collaborative work with other agencies to ensure an integrated service delivery.

Qualifications

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and devise intervention plans tailored to the needs of children and families.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure an integrated approach to service delivery.
• Engage directly with children, families, and communities to offer support and guidance.
• Monitor and review cases regularly to ensure that the interventions are effective and adapt plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records in line with statutory and professional standards.
