Location: Weston-super-Mare, UK
Rate: £26.79 per hour
Contract: Ongoing
Hours: Full Time or Part Time

What You Will Do

Conduct assessments of foster carers, kinship carers, and private fostering arrangements

Provide regular supervision, guidance, and support to carers

Assist with securing additional support services, including the Adoption Support Fund

Ensure that children’s views and needs are central to all planning and decision‑making

Review and monitor support plans to promote continuous improvement

Contribute to safeguarding practices using evidence‑based approaches

Work in partnership with multi‑disciplinary teams to support children in care proceedings

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date case records

Participate in supervision, team meetings, and relevant training
