What You Will Do:

Conduct Form F assessments for fostering applicants, providing in-depth evaluations and recommendations.

Support and guide prospective foster carers, helping them navigate the assessment and approval process.

Participate in foster carer recruitment activities, identifying and engaging suitable applicants.

Work with children in care, ensuring their needs are central to matching and placement decisions.

Collaborate closely with Practice Supervisors and Team Managers to maintain consistency and quality across assessments.

Contribute to the development of good practice within the team, mentoring colleagues and sharing knowledge.

Ensure all work meets regulatory and legislative requirements, adhering to best practice standards.
