The work involves extensive planning and review for children under care and support, child protection plans, and through to court proceedings conclusion. What you will do:

• Collaborate with families on creating effective, long-term plans to support children’s wellbeing and development.
• Participate in and facilitate planning and review meetings for children receiving care, support, and protection.
• Manage cases involving families with complex needs, including those under care proceedings or the Public Law Outline (PLO).
• Engage with social care officers and business support to ensure comprehensive support is available to families.
• Travel to the Vale as needed and be based in the Docks Office.
