Adult Social Care on the Isle of Wight is committed to helping people live well in their own homes and communities. Our practice is grounded in self-directed support, strengths-based assessment and strong partnership working, ensuring people and carers can shape solutions that work for them.
We are looking for a Social Worker who can bring confident, person-centred practice to a varied and influential role. As an experienced practitioner, you’ll contribute to leadership within the team through reflective practice, sharing expertise and supporting service improvement. You may be asked to deputise for a Senior Social Worker and help coordinate team activity. If you value collaborative practice, support the development of others and take pride in delivering high-quality services then we look forward to receiving your application.
In return, you’ll join a service that values professionalism, reflective practice and strong leadership, where your experience will be recognised and your contribution will have a real impact on the lives of Island residents.
