  • Apply detailed knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and the Mental Health Act 1983.
  • Communicate complex and sensitive information effectively, both verbally and through detailed report writing.
  • Respond proactively to challenging situations using strong interpersonal skills.
