A local government authority in Bracknell is seeking a full-time Social Worker to support individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. The role offers a collaborative team setting and a culture of mutual support. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, carrying out assessments, and providing direct support. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults. There is a one-off Welcome Payment of £5,000 available for this role.

The Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD) and Autism is a vibrant, collaborative team with a shared ethos of compassion, inclusion, and excellence. Working closely with colleagues across the wider service, we draw on a wealth of specialist knowledge to provide the best possible support to the individuals we serve.
