About the Team

The Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD) and Autism is a vibrant, collaborative team with a shared ethos of compassion, inclusion, and excellence. We pride ourselves on our positive team dynamic and a culture of mutual support. Working closely with colleagues across the wider service, we draw on a wealth of specialist knowledge to provide the best possible support to the individuals we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold a caseload of people with Learning Disabilities and Autism and fulfil statutory duties on behalf of the service, including assessment, support planning and review.
• Provide direct work with people who have a Learning Disability and/or Autism as well as general case management duties.
• Use a laptop and mobile phone to enable remote working.

Interview Details
