What you will do:
  • Provide support with quality assurance of documents including safety plans, assessments, and reports, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
  • Attend important meetings such as Child Protection conferences to support less experienced social workers as needed.
  • Manage a small caseload of complex cases during colleague absences, bringing your wealth of experience and assured approach to each situation.
  • Be present in the office at least three days a week, offering support and guidance to your colleagues and bringing energy and ideas to the team.
  • Apply your expertise in both the Court and Child Protection arenas to deliver informed and effective solutions.
