Hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 17:00
💰 Pay: Up to £37.00 per hour (Umbrella)

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our team in Crewe. You will work within legislative frameworks and local authority policies to support children and families, safeguard wellbeing, and promote independence and positive outcomes.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
  • ✨ Assess the need for social work services, identifying risk and safeguarding concerns
  • ✨ Decide on and advise appropriate Children's Social Care services and interventions
  • ✨ Work collaboratively with professionals, statutory & voluntary agencies 🤝
  • ✨ Manage a varied caseload in line with priorities and policies
  • ✨ Meet all statutory duties and responsibilities 📑
  • ✨ Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks
  • ✨ Attend supervision, team meetings, and training opportunities 📚
  • ✨ Contribute to service development and share best practice
  • ✨ Support, supervise, and assess students and other staff members
