Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Social Worker to join the Children In Care Team in Sevenoaks. The role offers an hourly rate of £38.00 with flexible part-time or full-time hours on an ongoing basis.

You will support children and young people to achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential within a collaborative team environment. The position provides opportunities for professional development, varied caseloads, and meaningful impact within the Children In Care remit.

Responsabilités

• Manage a Children in Care caseload with varying levels of complexity.
• Undertake assessments, planning, implementation, and review of interventions to safeguard and promote children’s welfare.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop care plans tailored to the individual needs of children and young people.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, foster carers, residential providers, and partner agencies.
• Promote placement stability and support children to achieve positive educational, health, and social outcomes.
• Ensure children’s wishes, feelings, and lived experiences are central to all decision-making processes.
• Prepare reports and assessments for reviews, meetings, and court proceedings where required.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive case records in line with statutory requirements and organisational standards.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and service development initiatives.
• Work within relevant legislation, statutory guidance, and Social Work England professional standards.
