Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high‑quality support for children in care and care leavers, managing cases, making important decisions, and providing ongoing support as these young people transition to adulthood.
Requirements
  • At least one reference from your current or most recent employment, placement, or work experience; if you are an agency worker at NELC, provide your agency as a reference.
  • Professional/company email address required (personal email addresses not accepted).
  • References must cover the last three years; any gaps must be detailed in the enhanced reference form. References are requested only if you are offered and accept the position.
  • Eligible for an enhanced criminal record check where appropriate, as the role involves access to children, young people and adults at risk.

  • Salary from ASYE level £36,363 up to £46,142 (depending on experience) PLUS Essential Car User Allowance.
