A regional local authority in Scotland is seeking a Social Worker (Children and Families) to provide vital support services to children and families across multiple locations in the Highlands. The role requires registration with the Scottish Social Services Council and a recognized qualification in social work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to equality and inclusion. Salary: £44,590 - £48,266 p.a.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council on the Social Worker part of the Register and as such hold a qualification that is recognised by the SSSC as being equivalent to the Diploma in Social Work (DipSW).
You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
