Job summary

Caritas Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our Child Protection team in Sefton. You will assess and plan interventions to safeguard vulnerable children and collaborate with professionals to support families in need.

You will drive safeguarding strategies, build trusting relationships with children and families, maintain case records, and prepare reports for court proceedings when required.

Qualifications

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or DipSW).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
