A leading independent psychology service based in the UK is seeking a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to join their multidisciplinary team. The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments for autism and ADHD, producing clinical reports, and delivering compassionate feedback to families. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in diagnostic assessments and a professional registration with HCPC. This is a hybrid position with flexible working options available.

You will join a multidisciplinary team specialising in high-quality, evidence-based autism and ADHD assessments, through both NHS-funded and private pathways. This role will be within our Huddersfield Team and is a hybrid position with part-time and full-time options and a minimum of three days a week commitment. As a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner, you will contribute to comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments, helping to ensure timely and accurate diagnoses that lead to appropriate support and improved outcomes for families.
In this role, you will contribute to high-quality, evidence-based neurodevelopmental assessments for children and young people. Duties include conducting structured observations via digital platforms, remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers, and active participation in multidisciplinary team diagnostic discussions with support from senior clinicians. You will deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families, ensuring outcomes and next steps are communicated sensitively and effectively. You will produce accurate, detailed clinical reports, including diagnostic formulations, with the support of our smart tools to improve efficiency and consistency. You will work to meet service KPIs, ensuring timely assessments and reports that contribute to positive outcomes for families.

Salary: Depending on experience, £30,000 to £55,000. Contract: Permanent. Working pattern: Full-time, Part-time, Home or remote working.
