Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Social Worker for the Adults Safeguarding Team in the East Riding of Yorkshire. This locum role is a six-month assignment based at County Hall in Beverley, offering full-time hours (37 per week) Monday to Friday and an hourly rate of £31.13.

Starting immediately, there are three positions available to provide continuity beyond typical locum arrangements, with a focus on safeguarding and multidisciplinary collaboration to support adults in need.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults in need, identifying areas of necessary intervention and support to safeguard their wellbeing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the specific needs of each individual.
• Monitor and review care plans to ensure effectiveness and make adjustments as required to enhance service delivery.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on safeguarding issues to clients and families, promoting their autonomy and rights.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports in line with legal and organisational guidelines.
• Participate actively in meetings, case conferences, and supervision sessions to consistently improve practice and outcomes.
