  • Manage cases involving complex social needs and family dynamics, offering information, advice, and transferring cases to other teams when necessary.
  • Execute safeguarding responsibilities by assessing risks and leading Safeguarding Adult Enquiries as required.
  • Collaborate with Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and Mental Health Practitioners to provide high‑quality care services.
  • Attend case conferences and represent the Council at court, completing all related administrative tasks efficiently.
