As a Social Worker in our Adult Social Care Team, you will work with a diverse range of people supporting them to live the life they choose. You’ll focus on what they can do, not just what support they need. You’ll get to know the people you work with and what matters most to them. The work you do will enable carers to continue in their caring roles for as long as they choose and are able to.
