A local authority in the UK is seeking a Qualified Social Worker to manage a caseload of children and families. The role involves providing high-quality assessments, conducting direct work, and ensuring families receive the necessary support. Ideal candidates will have post-qualification experience, be registered with Social Work England, and possess excellent communication skills. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact on the lives of children and families.
We have 4 Children’s Disability teams across the county, and they provide specialist services for children and young people with complex disabilities.
These are small teams of highly dedicated Social Workers that support children and families to reach the best outcomes in a timely manner, enabling them to live their lives to the full. We also are supported by a team of skilled Family Practitioners who assist in facilitating behaviour management work and undertaking direct work.
