A local government authority in the UK is seeking a Social Worker (grade 6) to join their Learning Disability and Autism Team. This role involves managing a caseload and conducting needs assessments. Oldham Council has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic person to take up the role of Social worker grade 6 within the Learning Disability and Autism Team. The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive team to provide assessments of need, care and support planning, and review, that takes a strength based approach, with individuals who may have a range of social care needs, their families, and informal carers
