A local government authority in Norwich is looking for a qualified Social Worker for a permanent role supporting adults in their recovery journey post-hospital. Social Worker | 9346 | Permanent Contract | 18.5 hours per week | Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital
Level 1: £37,280 to £39,152 per annum (Scale I)
Level 2: £39,862 to £41,771 per annum (Scale J)
We offer a £2000 welcome payment for qualified and experienced Social Workers/Occupational Therapists (grade J and above), Practice Consultants and Team Managers new to Norfolk County Council. Amount to be repaid in full should they leave within two years of employment.
For experienced Social Workers new to Norfolk County Council we promise to try and match or better your existing salary, providing its in the spectrum of the grade advertised.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker to join our dedicated team supporting adults during their recovery and reablement journey following a hospital stay.
As part of a small, dynamic team, you will work closely with individuals in intermediate care beds, helping them regain independence and transition back to their own homes. Our service follows a Home First ethos, ensuring person‑centred care through strong collaborative working with a multi‑agency team of health and social care professionals.
