Job summary

A leading social work consultancy in Hounslow seeks a Qualified Social Worker to provide high standards of social work for adults with mental health issues. Qualifications

Overview

To provide high standard of social work for users out of the councils duties and powers under legislation and accordance with divisional and area policy, procedures, guidelines and the Code of Care practice for social workers.

To work as a member of a multidisciplinary team providing professional social work supporting adults with mental health problems in the framework of seven social care outcomes including:

• Economic well being and freedom
• Freedom from discrimination

Candidate Profile

• Candidates must have an Enhanced DBS registered on the update service
• Candidates must be registered with HCPC

• Must have experience in working with mental health, vulnerable adults and challenging behaviour
