Employment Type: Agency

Pay Rate: 28.92 PAYE exclusive of holiday pay or 37.03 LTD inclusive of holiday pay

Responsibilities
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments for adults requiring social services.
  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Providing expert advice and support to vulnerable adults and their families.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Ensuring that all safeguarding procedures, including Adults Barred List checks, are meticulously followed.
  • Upholding safeguarding standards and promoting client welfare at all times.
  • Managing caseloads efficiently to meet service targets and deadlines.
