Responsibilities

The postholder will need to have significant experience of supporting the team to manage the stat functions associated with young people moving through transition into adulthood. The post sits within (ildp) but the cohorts of young people supported can be from the childrens to adults directorate part of send as well as people who also have a diagnosed learning disability it will also include young people who also present with additional complex needs.
