Job summary

Hampshire County Council's social work team at Basingstoke Hospital is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead a small team of Senior Case Workers and Social Workers, manage a complex caseload, and ensure high standards of safeguarding and service delivery.

You will oversee risk assessments, support the duty function, and deputise for the Team Manager, while contributing to strategic planning and staff supervision. SWE registration and a strong background in safeguarding are essential.
