A leading public services organization is seeking a Social Value Manager to deliver social value initiatives aligned with client commitments. The role includes developing social value plans, establishing partnerships, and promoting sustainability across the business. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in social value models, project management skills, and stakeholder engagement experience. This position offers a competitive salary of £50,000 and flexible home-based working arrangements.

This role will be aligned to DSA Contract but will additionally serve our Capita Local Public Services's (LPS) growth ambitions and client commitments. This person will champion initiatives that deliver long-term social, economic, and environmental impacts for the communities we serve, while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and best practices.
The main purpose of the Social Value Manager is to deliver a joined-up approach to social value and develop, implement, and manage social value initiatives, enabling contracts to meet, and where possible exceed, their client commitments. This role involves supporting business development activities, including bid submissions, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, measuring the impact of social value projects, and building colleague understanding and engagement with the social value agenda.
Each year, we support around 30,000 university students through comprehensive needs assessments, equipment sourcing, training, and ongoing assistance. Since 2005, Capita has been a trusted name in DSA needs assessments, having empowered over 75,000 students through our Contact Associates brand.
