A leading retail company in Greater London seeks an ambitious Social Strategy & Insights Executive. This role involves reporting on social media performance and driving insights across key channels like Instagram and TikTok. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, detail-oriented, and ambitious individual to play a central role in delivering best-in-class social strategy across our multi-category department store. Reporting into the Social Strategy Lead, you’ll take ownership of delivering insight led reporting and support on spotting new strategic opportunities across our key channels - Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest & YouTube. You’ll primarily focus on reporting on Organic Social performance, whilst working closely with the Influencer & Paid Social teams, to deliver integrated reporting and drive improved performance.

You can expect a one-stage interview process for this position:
1st stage - An informal 30 minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
2nd stage - A one-hour formal task based interview. This will be held in-person at our London office.
