Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5 in your specialist area (Psychology, Sociology, or Health & Social Care).
• Inspire and challenge students to think critically and develop independent learning skills.
• Prepare students for internal assessments and external examinations.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and enrichment opportunities within the department.
• Maintain high expectations for student behaviour, progress, and achievement.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support an inclusive learning environment.

The successful candidate will have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Social Sciences at KS4 and/or KS5
• Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills
• A commitment to fostering curiosity, confidence, and respect in learners
