Job summary

Boomerang is seeking a Social Motion Designer to join the MARS social creative production team. You will create platform-native, scroll-stopping motion content for social media.

You will collaborate with creative teams, content creators, and designers to bring ideas to life across social platforms, working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times. Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years' experience in a social agency.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and formats.
• Ability to work fast and manage quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Sharp eye for timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience adapting content for multiple aspect ratios and platforms.
• Ability to interpret briefs and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a social-first motion designer/editor, creating thumb-stopping, platform-native content.
• Turn concepts into high-quality motion and edits with fast turnaround.
