Social Media Agency, Football

London, £45K- £55K pro rata

A leading creative agency is seeking a Social Media Manager to join on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will manage social channels for a fast-growing US football club. With some aggressive targets to hit, I need someone who has proven ability to grow channels. You'll have a growth mindset and previous experience working in football.

The Role
  • Build out content strategies that blend storytelling with culturally relevant posts
  • Managing and growing channels across IG, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn
  • Work with the client to create and brief in content.
  • Driving community engagement and growth
  • Use social media tools to publish, report and analyse on performance
  • Analysing performance and reporting actionable insights
  • Staying ahead of cultural trends and platform updates
  • Contribute to the refresh of agencies own channels
The Person
  • 3+ years’ social media management experience (agency or in-house)
  • Background within social media and football
  • Excellent strategy experience and proof of channel growth through data and stats.
  • A track record of managing multiple accounts and delivering measurable growth
  • If you have experience with the US market that would be a bonus
