This is an exciting opportunity to bring our consumer competitions business to life on social media, including Win Happy and Make Me A Winner, as well as our core audio brands.

We work collaboratively across marketing, video, and commercial teams to create content of unforgettable moments for audiences and winners. Our culture is commercially creative, fast‑paced, and supportive, with plenty of opportunities to grow.

The Difference you will make

As Social Media Producer, you’ll be hands‑on in creating and delivering engaging, scroll‑stopping content that inspires audiences to play our competitions. Working closely with the Social Media Lead, you’ll help deliver our social media strategy day to day, producing standout content and posts that showcase winners, build excitement, and grow our community across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more.

Your role

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Produce high‑quality social content (short‑form videos, graphics, photos, and copy) for our competitions.
  • Work from agreed content calendars, ensuring consistent, timely posting across all key social platforms.
  • Support day‑to‑day management of our social channels from posting content, monitoring engagement and responding to comments, to maintaining an active, positive community presence.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Lead on creative ideas, campaign execution, and testing new content formats to improve performance.
  • Work closely with the Video, Marketing, and Commercial teams to capture and share authentic winner moments and competition stories.
  • Keep up to date with social trends, memes, and platform updates, suggesting ideas that can drive engagement or acquisition.
  • Ensure all content is brand‑safe, compliant, and aligned with our tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Support coverage of live events, big winner reveals, and content shoots, sometimes outside of normal office hours.
  • Maintain organised file management and scheduling systems to keep our content workflow efficient and reliable.
The Skills you will bring
  • Experience producing outstanding content for social media, ideally in a fast‑paced consumer, entertainment, or media environment.
  • Confident filming and editing social videos using mobile tools and software like Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of Social Media Platforms and their best practices, algorithms and trends.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for short, engaging captions.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new ideas to drive results.
  • Collaborative and enthusiastic about competitions and entertainment.
Desirable
  • Experience in competitions, gaming, or prize‑led marketing.
  • Familiarity with influencer and user‑generated content.
  • Ability to film using professional cameras (Canon/Sony).
